Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, our 30-day return policy is here to make things easy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is covered by a manufacturer warranty claim.

Eligible Returns

Electronics and technology products are eligible for return if:

  • The item is sealed and unopened in its original factory packaging
  • The item arrived defective or damaged upon delivery (Dead-on-Arrival / DOA)
  • You received the wrong product (different model or specification from what you ordered)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software, digital licenses, or subscription cards
  • Consumable products (printer ink, batteries purchased separately, etc.)
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Products showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion (where noted at time of purchase)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team within the 30-day window via our Contact page or by phone. Describe the issue and provide your order number.
  2. Receive an RMA Number: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include your RMA number visibly on the outer packaging.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days.
  5. Refund or Replacement: We will process a refund or dispatch a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Defective-on-Arrival (DOA) Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will arrange a free collection from your address and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement unit. Please report DOA items within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved after inspection, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Online Payment (Visa/Mastercard): 5–10 business days to your original card
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 5–10 business days. You will be asked for your bank account details.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We offer exchanges for the same product or a product of equal or greater value (with the price difference paid by the customer). Contact our support team to discuss exchange options.
