1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order on our platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
2. Orders, Confirmation & Cancellation
Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a binding order. An order is only confirmed once you receive an official order-confirmation message via email or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if pricing errors occur, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
You may cancel an order at no charge provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an item has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; however, in the event of a pricing error we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available throughout Egypt. A small handling fee may apply for orders below a minimum threshold.
- Online Payment — Visa and Mastercard are accepted through our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.
We do not store your full card details on our servers. All online transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Other Egyptian governorates: 3–5 business days
- MENA countries: 7–14 business days (customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility)

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our platform to:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
- Place orders with no genuine intention to pay or receive goods
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Resell products purchased at promotional prices without our written consent
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is our property or is used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or your reliance on any information contained herein. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
