Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping on all orders over 2,000 EGP
- Standard Shipping Fee: 50 EGP on orders under 2,000 EGP
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available throughout Egypt at no additional charge
Delivery Zones & Timelines
We deliver across Egypt and to select MENA countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Other Egyptian Governorates: 3–5 business days
- MENA Countries: 7–14 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Egyptian public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped to MENA countries outside Egypt, customs duties and import taxes may be levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control customs processing times, which may add to your delivery estimate.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website or directly on our order tracking page.
Delivery Requirements
- Signature Required: A signature from an adult (18+) is required upon delivery. If no one is available, our courier will make a second attempt or contact you to arrange a convenient time.
- PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO box addresses. Please provide a full street address.
- Accurate Address: Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for all domestic orders within Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery. Our couriers are not obligated to provide change. For high-value COD orders, we may call to verify your details before dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening, contact our support team within 48 hours. For lost shipments, please allow up to 5 business days beyond the expected delivery date before reporting — sometimes shipments are delayed by couriers or customs. Once confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge.
