Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day.</p> <h2 class="mb-3">International Shipping &amp; Customs</h2> <p class="mb-4">For orders shipped to MENA countries outside Egypt, customs duties and import taxes may be levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control customs processing times, which may add to your delivery estimate.</p> <h2 class="mb-3">Order Tracking</h2> <p class="mb-4">Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website or directly on our order tracking page.</p> <h2 class="mb-3">Delivery Requirements</h2> <ul class="mb-4"> <li><strong>Signature Required:</strong> A signature from an adult (18+) is required upon delivery. If no one is available, our courier will make a second attempt or contact you to arrange a convenient time.</li> <li><strong>PO Boxes:</strong> We do not deliver to PO box addresses. Please provide a full street address.</li> <li><strong>Accurate Address:</strong> Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.</li> </ul> <h2 class="mb-3">Cash on Delivery (COD)</h2> <p class="mb-4">COD is available for all domestic orders within Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery. Our couriers are not obligated to provide change. Return Policy
